宋新章,男,教授,博士生导师,省部共建亚热带森林培育国家重点实验室PI,中国林科院生态学博士,加拿大魁北克大学博士后,中国林业青年科技奖获得者,浙江省高校高水平创新团队带头人,浙江省高校中青年学科带头人。主要从事全球变化背景下亚热带森林生态系统的碳氮循环研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,国家重点研发计划子课题1项,浙江省自然科学基金1项,副主持国家林业局“948”项目1项,参加国家基金重点项目、科技部“973”项目子课题、科技部国际合作重大项目、科技部重大科技基础项目等课题多项。发表论文60余篇,其中以第一或通信作者在《Agricultural and Forest Meteorology》、《Soil Biology & Biochemistry》、《Plant and Soil》等SCI期刊发表论文26篇(ESI高被引论文1篇),出版专著1部。主持获得国家林业局梁希林业科学技术奖二等奖2项,参与获得国家科学技术进步二等奖1项。国家自然科学基金、湖南省和黑龙江省自然科学基金函评专家。《Land Degradation & Development》、《Forest Ecology and Management》、《Biogeoscience》、《Science of the Total Environment》、《Biology and Fertility of Soils》、《Atmospheric Environment》、《应用生态学报》、《植物生态学报》、《生态学报》、《林业科学》、《环境科学》等学术期刊审稿专家。
